Sauerkraut Relish

3 quarts sauerkraut (1 no. 10 can)
1 pound carrots, shredded
12 ounces celery, chopped
8 ounces onion, chopped
1 pound green pepper, chopped
24 ounces granulated sugar
Servings: 50
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.



Notes: Sauerkraut may be chopped before combining with other ingredients.
