Rosemary Mayonnaise

1 cup homemade mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Servings: 24
Blend together homemade mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, orange zest, chopped rosemary, heavy cream and fresh orange juice. Let stand at least one hour to let flavors marry. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.

Yield: 1 1/2 cup
