Recipe Feeder
4 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Flour
½ cup Onion, Minced
1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
½ cup Parsley, Chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten
4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 pound Crawfish, Tails



Melt butter in large saucepan; add flour and stir over heat until light brown. Add onion and garlic; saute. Remove from heat; add parsley, seasonings, egg, chopped bread and chopped crawfish tails and stir until mixed.
