Makes enough stuffing for 1 small (14lb.) turkey or 2 chickens.

Description:
Can also be cooked as a meatloaf.

Ingredients:

1lb. lean ground beef
1 apple
2 potatoes
6 slices of dry bread
2 onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F

Instructions:

Finely grind or mash apple, potatoes, bread and onions.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
Stuff bird or put in loaf pan.
If put in loaf pan, cook for approx. 45min to 1hr
If put in bird, cook bird for recommended cooking time.
