Strong, icy and sweet with a cinnamon kick. Exhilarating!

2 cups hot strong prepared cofee (see Note)
3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua), 2oz
Serves 2
Measure hot coffee, brown sugar and cinnamon into medium bowl.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into 1 quart shallow baking dish.
Cover.
Freeze for about 3 hours until almost firm.
Makes about 2 cups slush.
Scrape coffee mixture, using fork, into 2 chilled medium glasses.
Drizzle 2 tbsp. liqueur over each.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.

Serve this coffee in a martini glass for a classy touch.
