Barely sweet, dark coffee with creamy orange topping.

Orange Cream Topping:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier), 1/2oz
1 tbsp. granulated sugar


3 cups hot strong prepared coffee (see Note)
2 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier), 1oz
2 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua), 1oz
Cocoa, sifted if lumpy (sprinkle)
Serves 4
Orange Cream Topping:
Beat whipping cream, first amount of liqueur and sugar in small bowl until soft peaks form.
Makes about 1 cup topping.


Combine next 3 ingredients in 4 cup liquid measure or small heatproof pitcher.
Makes about 3 cups.
Pour into 4 small mugs.
Spoon 1/4 cup topping onto each.
Sprinkle each with cocoa.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.
