Creamy, cold tropical drink with rich banana and coconut flavors.

2 cups pineapple juice
3 frozen ripe bananas
14oz. can of coconut milk
2/3 cup white (light) rum (5oz)
Serves 6
Pour pineapple juice into ice cube trays.
Freeze for about 4 hours until firm.
Put 1/2 of frozen pineapple juice cubes into blender.
Add 1 1/2 bananas, 1/2 can of coconut milk and 1/3 cup rum.
Process until smooth.
Transfer to large pitcher.
Repeat with remaining juice cubes, bananas, coconut milk and rum.
Makes about 7 cups.
Pour into 6 chilled medium glasses.
