A refreshing, eye-catching drink, bursting with orange flavor.

Citrus Cream:
2 cups orange sherbet
2/3 cup pink grapefruit juice
10oz. can of mandarin orange segments (with juice)
6 ice cubes

6 tbsp. gin (3oz), optional
1/2 tsp. grenadine syrup
4 lime slices, for garnish
Serves 4
Citrus Cream:
Process first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups cream.

Divide and measure gin and grenadine into 4 chilled small glasses.
Pour Citrus Cream over top of each.
Garnish each with lime slice.
