1 cup Water
1/2 cup plus
2 tbsp.
1 bottle Dry White Wine
3/4 cup Dark Rum
1 Lemon Juice

Heat the water and sugar together, stirring all the time. Add the
wine and rum and heat through again, but do not boil. Ignite the
punch with a match and burn off the alcohol. Add the lemon juice
to the punch and stir.
