2.0 tsp. Blue Curacao
1.0 tbsp. Cognac
2.0 tsp. Sugar
1.0 pink White Wine
0.5 tsp. Pernod

Coat the inside of a glass with Pernod. Add cognac. Combine sugar
and curacao in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Add this mixture
to the glass and stir. Add ice and top off with chilled pink
sparkling wine.
