Recipe Feeder
3 oz dark rum 90 mL
3 tbsp fresh lime juice 45 mL
pinch of nutmeg
dash of angostura bitters
1 tsp superfine sugar (or more, to taste) 5 mL
crushed ice
to garnish: slice of orange, slice of lime; maraschino cherries; chunk of pineapple

In a glass stir the rum, lime juice, nutmeg, angostura bitters and sugar (to taste) until the sugar has dissolved.

Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, pour over the rum mixture and stir well. Spear the sliced orange, lime, cherry and pineapple on a toothpick, place in the glass and serve.
