Recipe Feeder
1 small onion chopped
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 1/2 pound carrots, sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs. sugar

Saute the onion in butter in a large saucepan. Add the carrots and carbonated beverage. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add sugar and cook over high heat until all the liquid is absorbed and the carrots are slightly glazed, about 8 to 10 minutes.
