Heat oven to 350F. In ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole, mix 1 can (16 oz) sauerkraut (with liquid), 1 medium potato, pared and grated, and 1 apple, grated. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. caraway seed; dot with 1 tbsp. butter. Cover; bake 1 hour. 4 servings
