In ungreased 2-qt casserole, place 2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli and 2 cans (5 oz each) water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced. Cover with 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup. Mix 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. butter, melted; sprinkle on soup. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
