1 pkg (6 oz) orange-flavored gelatin
4 or 5 medium carrots
4 celery stalks
10 green onions
1 tsp. salt
Bibb lettuce
Sour cream
Pimiento strips

Prepare gelatin as directed on package except decrease water to 1 1/2 cups and chill until slightly thickened. Finely chop vegetables. Stir vegetables and salt into gelatin. Pour into 12 individual molds. Chill until firm, at least 6 hours. Unmold onto Bibb lettuce; top with sour cream and pimiento strips.
