2 cups boiling water
1 pkg (6 oz) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 can (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce
1 can (8 3/4 oz) crushed pineapple
3/4 cup port
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Leaf lettuce
Lemon Mayonnaise (below)

Pour water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple (with syrup), port and nuts. Pour into 8 molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce; top with Lemon Mayonnaise.

Lemon Mayonnaise:
Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed. Fold in 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped.
