3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 medium tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion sliced

Combine vinegar, water & seasoning, boil 1 minute. Pour cool mixture over quartered tomatoes & vegetables. Refrigerate several hours, stir & serve.
