1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
3 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 Chicken Breasts, Cubed
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ginger, Minced
3 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted

Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and chicken. Saute over high heat for 3 mins or until chicken is about half cooked.

Combine sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Add to chicken. Continue to saute over high heat until most liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 4 mins. Remove from heat. Chill. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before serving.
