3 tablespoon Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
3 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Cream
1 pound Crab, Fresh
2 tablespoon Chives, Chopped
2 tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
Seasoning, To Taste

½ cup Butter, Unsalted

In butter, saute garlic, and then stir in the flour and cook 1 minute. Add the cream and stir till thick. Stir in crab, chives, salt and pepper. Fold the filo sheets so they are 6 x 6 brushing each layer with melted butter. Put a largemspoonful of crab mixture in the center of each square, and fold into triangles. Seal and brush top with melted butter. Bake at 400f for 20 minutes, until they look perfectly browned.
