2 pound Yams
4 tablespoon Butter, Melted
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
cup Cornflakes, Crumbled

Heat oven to 350f. Arrange yams in a 2 quart casserole. Combine butter, lemon juice, cinnamon; pour over yams. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake 30 min. Serve hot.
