2 tb Margarine 1/8 ts Pepper
1 sm Onion 4 md Potatoes, cooked, sliced -
10 3/4 oz Broccoli cheese soup About 3 1/2 cups
1/3 c Milk
4 servings
1. In a skillet over medoim heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
tender.
2. Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Heat to boiling, add potatoes. Reduce
heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring
occasionally. garnish with sage if desired. Makes 4 servings
