1/2 c BUTTER 1/3 c GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
6 ea POTATOES, PARED, QUARTERED 1/3 c FLOUR, UNSIFTED

1. In A Preheated 375 F. Oven, Melt Butter In A Jelly Roll Pan. Tilt Pan
To Coat Bottom Well. Set Aside.
2. Peel Potatoes And Cut Into Quarters Lengthwise. Set Aside. In A Large
Plastic Bag, Combine Cheese, Flour, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt, And 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper. Add Potatoes And Shake To Coat Well. Place Potatoes Into The
Baking Dish And Bake For 1 Hour, Turning Midway Through The Cooking.
