Crab cakes

1 container (250g) Maclaren's Imperial Cold Pack Cheddar (room temperature)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 6oz can crab meat, drained
2 green onions, sliced
6 english muffins, halved
6 servings
Combine cheese and salad dressing, stir until smooth.
Add crab and onion, stir to combine.
Spread crab mixture on muffin halves.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until puffy and browned.
Cool on rack.
Serve cold or re-heat in microwave or toaster oven.
