1 lb sausage
0.75 tsp fennel seed
p. Red pepper flake

0.75 c onion - minced fine
3 clove garlic
0.5 c parsly - chopped

0.75 c black olives - chopped
1 c bechamel - thick

parmesan

=Remove sausage from casings, saute gently until cooked, add fennel, strain.
Saute onion & garlic until soft, add parsly, add to sausage. Combine rest of ingredients. Stuff mushrooms,sprinkle with parmesan, bake 450F.
