Goes nice with pork chops

2 bunches small carrots,
1 tbsp. lemon juice,
1/3 cup sugar,
1/2 water,
1 tsp. salt,
2 tbsp. butter.
serves 6
Clean, and, or scrape carrots. Cut in fourth length wise.
Place carrots in skillet. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover, cook over low heat, turning often until tender,
and glazed.
