2 tbsp olive oil 30 mL
1/2 tsp garlic, finely minced 2 mL
1/2 tsp dried oregano 2 mL
1/2 tsp dried basil 2 mL
2 whole wheat pitas (5-in/12-cm) 2

Combine oil, garlic, oregano and basil.

Cut each pita into 8 wedges; separate each wedge into 2 triangles. Lightly brush the oil mixture on the inside surface.

Place brushed side up on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12 minutes, or until crisp and toasted.
Chef's Note

These low fat crisps are great for munching!
