2 packages (8 oz/225 g) cream cheese 2
2 cups old cheddar cheese, shredded 500 mL
1 tbsp pimiento, finely chopped 15 mL
1 tbsp green pepper, finely chopped 15 mL
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped 15 mL
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 10 mL
1 tsp lemon juice 5 mL
dash of cayenne
dash of salt
finely chopped nuts or parsley

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.

Shape into 1-in/2-cm balls. Roll in nuts or parsley. Chill. Garnish with seedless grapes on picks.
