Shrimp tart appetizers
Preheat oven to 375F - 400F
Crust:
1 pkg (14oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup flour

Shrimp filling:
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup soft butter
5 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups chopped shrimp

Crust:
Blend together all ingredients and press into small tart tins.

Shrimp Filling:
Combine all ingredients except for shrimp. Add shrimp.

Bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.

I cook the tart shells for a few minutes and later add filling.
