Chicken & Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients
4 cups Cooked brown rice or brown rice blend
1-1/2 cups Diced, cooked chicken*
1-1/2 cups Chopped tomato
1 cup Frozen petite peas, thawed
3/4 cup Chopped cauliflower
3/4 cup Diced bell pepper
1/2 cup Chopped green onions
3/4 cup Cubed Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Minced parsley
1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Ranch

Preparation


Cook rice according to package directions, cool.
Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.

*In a rush? Use ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked meat.
