Ingredients
150gms mix Vegetables
25gms fresh corn, crushed
2 green chilies, chopped
½ tsp ginger, chopped
½ tsp garam masala powder
10gms fresh coriander
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt, to taste

Method


Boil vegetables for five minutes. Strain and mash. Add corn, chilies, ginger garam masala. Mix and check for seasoning.

Prepare skewers with the above mixture. Roast in tandoor (oven), and serve with min chutney.
