Ingredients: Bread Slices - 10
French beans chopped - 50 gms
Carrot grated - 1 or 2
Beat Root grated - 1
Cabbage grated - 50gms
Salt - to taste
Milk - 50ml
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Onion - 1
Peas - 100gms
Lemon - One
Cottage cheese (Paneer) - 100gms
Green chilies - 2
Ginger grated - Small piece
Coconut (grated) - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 sticks
Oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 100gms
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Rai (Fine Red mustard Seed) - 1 tsp

Peas - 100gms

Cottage cheese (Paneer) - 100gms
Green chilies - 2
Ginger grated - Small piece
Coconut (grated) - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 sticks
Oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 100gms
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Rai (Fine Red mustard Seed) - 1 tsp
Directions...
- Vegetables and bread edges should be in equal quantity.
- Half boil all vegetables (French beans, Peas, Cabbage, Beat Root, Carrot) with one glass of water.
- Heat oil in a pan, now add rai, ginger, green chili, turmeric powder, curry leaves and onion and mix well, cook for about 1min.
- Now put all the half boiled vegetables without water in this mixture and add salt.
- Add bread edges and some milk to make bread edges soft and mix well.
- If bread is 3-4 days old then add ½ tbsp of water to make it soft.
- Add lemon to bread mixture.
- Now add coriander leaves, coconut powder, black pepper or garam masala and mix well.
- Serve hot.
- Garnishing:
- Paneer (thin long strips) with Coriander leaves and coconut powder.
