Recipe Feeder
6 red potatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, dry
3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup crumbled or grated Extra Sharp Cheese

Wash and cube potatoes. Mix the Parmesan cheese and the Old Bay Seasoning either in a large ziplock bag or a mixing bowl.

Add potatoes and coat throughly with the seasoning mix.

Spread on a baking dish or tray, coated with vegetable spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until soft and golden brown. Sprinkle the crumbled sharp cheese on top and broil until melted.
