Seasoned Peas

10 pounds frozen peas
4 ounces margarine, melted
1 ounce salt (1 1/2 tbsp)

1. Steam or boil peas.

2. Pour margarine over cooked peas and sprinkle with salt. If boiling the peas, add salt to the cooking water.



Notes: Can be used to season meats, salads, or vegetables.
