This is an awesome portable snack if your diet will allow it:

Canned or soaked overnight chickpeas. If canned, rinse them well!

bake them in the oven for about 30 mins at 350

I put them on a pizza stone when I bake them so they get a bit crisp.

pull them out, spray with a little bit of olive oil and season.

I season with wasabi powder, or cayene powder. lots of other spices work as well!
