Recipe Feeder
Ingredients
4 cups long grain rice
8 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb ground sausage or Italian sausage
1 lb chicken livers or giblets
1 link sausage
3 cooked skinless chicken breasts
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
bay leaf
thyme
cayenne pepper
salt
black pepper

DIRECTIONS
boil the chicken breasts, liver or giblets till done. reserve liquid
cook rice in broth
saute veggies till limp
saute sausage wheels and shrimp till shrimp turns pink
cook beef and ground sausage till done.

put rice in large casserole dish, add veggies, all the meat including the grease and seasoning. mix well checking consistancy if too dry add some reserved liquid. the last thing to mix in is one bunch of green onions chopped, do not stir in too deep you want this to show with a sprinkle of parsley.

Serve with big slices of buttered French bread.

This dish is kitchen tested and good.
