Hail Caesar Potatoes

2 Baking Potatoes, Scrubbed
1/2 Cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing or other
1/3 Cup 100% Parmesan Cheese
7 slices Bacon
1 Cup Of Sourdough Croutons
Serves 4
Microwave potatoes on HIGH for 6 minutes. Turn and microwave another 6 minutes or until tender when pierced with the tip of a knife. Cool slightly.
Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out flesh, being careful not to tear potato skins. In bowl. mash cooked flesh with dressing, cheese and bacon. Stuff back into potato skins. Sprinkle evenly with croutons. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until heated through. (Alternatively, wrap individually in foil and reheat on barbecue.)
