2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup pitted nicoise olives or kalamata olives
8 anchovies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Yield: 1/2 cup
This is a fast, simple version of this classic olive relish. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until a paste forms.

Yield: 1/2 cup
