1/4 pound butter
8 ounces deviled ham
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon light brown sugar
10 drops Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups flour
pecan halves
Servings: 4
1. Blend softened butter and ham well. Add seasonings and blend well. Sift in flour and blend well. Divide into 4 parts.

2. Flour hands and shape into 1 1/2 inch rolls and wrap in plastic. Freeze until use or chill 1 hour in refrigerator. If frozen, thaw 10 minutes. Slice 1/8th inch thick and bake on lightly greased sheets at 375F 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly brown.

3. OPTIONAL: Press a pecan half lightly into each slice before baking

4. Store in airtight container or freeze.
