    Sausage Balls

1 pound bulk sausage (hot or mild)
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    Servings: 60
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.

Notes: If frozen, defrost and reheat at 350 degrees F.
