1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups minced cooked turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon chopped pimientos
2 tablespoons minced parsley
paprika
assorted crackers
Servings: 24
1. Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken.

2. Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers.


Yield: 2 cups
