Egg Roll Wrappers (sold in the produce section at most grocery stores)
String Cheese
3-4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Wrap the string cheese inside the egg roll wrappers. Warm enough oil to cover about 1/4 of the egg rolls in a flat pan at medium heat. Place the egg rolls in the oil and roll to cook all surfaces. The egg rolls are finished when they are light brown. Serve warm. Leave a little "breathing room" at the ends of the egg rolls when you wrap them so the melting cheese doesn't explode the ends while cooking
