Rosemary Red Potatoes, Roasted with Garlic

Ingredients

* 8 red taters
* 3 sprigs of rosemary
* 3 cloves fresh garlic
* 4 tablespoons olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Wash the potatoes with a plastic pad used exclusively for vegetables, and rinse them. Chop the potatoes into pieces.
3. Combine olive oil ,rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic and stir in a bowl. Add the potatoes and mix until they are covered.
4. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Poke with a fork to check tenderness.
