1 cabbage head, quartered
1 onion, chopped
fresh dill
1/3 cup vegetable broth
1 apple, peel, chop
1/3 cup white wine, optional
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup shredded non-fat mozzarella

Put cabbage in casserole. Top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley. Put broth in bottom. Cover with foil and bake 350F until cabbage is tender.
