Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

3 pounds potato
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
6 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Servings: 6
1. Boil potatoes with salt til tender; drain. Peel potatoes; place in large mixing bowl and mash. Add 2 Tbsp. butter and next 4 ingredients, mixing until all ingredients are blended.

2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Brush top with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake immediately, or cover and refrigerate. If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature 30 min. before baking.

3. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, 30 minutes or until hot.
