Sweet And Sour Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup ground cracker crumbs (fine)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped very fine
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped very fine

Mix all ingredients together and form into little balls, roll in flour to coat. Brown in oil in frying pan.

Sauce:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Simmer browned meatballs in sauce until cooked.

Preheat in sauce to cook.
