2 lbs. chuck steak 1" thick, cut into cubes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
48 oz. can tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
Pepper and garlic powder to taste
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. wine or cider vinegar

In large skillet mix all ingredients.
Simmer covered approximately 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Also, for variety, you can add 1 can of corn or 1 can of peas during last minute or so of cooking.
