1 pkg Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 1/2 cups water

Empty potato slices into ungreased 2-qt casserole. In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, celery, water and Seasoned Sauce Mix (from potato package). Heat to simmering, stirring occasionally. Pour over potatoes; stir. Cover; bake at 350F for 55 minutes.
