4 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 bottle (14 oz) ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown; drain. Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cool. Divide among five 1 pt freezer containers; label, date and freeze.
