Recipe Feeder
1 lb Round steak, cut in 1/8" - 1 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
-strips x 2 1/2" long 1/4 c Reduced calorie, bottled, -
2 Cloves garlic, crushed -italian salad dressing
1 tb Olive oil 2 c Hot, cooked pasta
2 sm Zuchinni, sliced thin 1 tb Parmesan cheese

Cut beef steaks into 1/8 inch thick pieces. Cook and stir garlic in oil in
large skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add beef strips. Stir
fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet with
slotted spoon and keep warm. Add zucchini to skillet and stir fry for 2 -
3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return beef to skillet and add dressing
and tomatoes. Heat through and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve over
hot pasta. makes 4 servings. Each serving = 316 calories, 32 g protein,
9 g fat, 25 g carbohydrates, 4.2 mg iron, 453 mg sodium, 78 mg chol.
