I love to eat these pancakes for breakfast, are rich in protein and complex carbohydrates. They are excellent with fresh light, peanut butter or even simple. An excellent breakfast is two pancakes with a natural orange juice or a banana.

Ingredients for 4 pancakes

- 110 grams of oats;
- 400 ml skimmed milk or soy milk;
- 4 egg whites;
- 1 tsp baking;
- 1 tsp of salt and 1tsp of honey;

Mix everything in a blender and let the dough rest for half an hour.
In a pan anti adherent by a little oil, put the heat and warm when it is only by 1 / 4 of the dough.
